Assemblyman Wilfredo Caraballo –
a member of the joint legislative committee on ethical standards
serving the 29th Legislative District. A professor of Law
at Seton Hall University’s School of Law, Assemblyman
Caraballo serves on the Joint Legislative Committee on Ethical
Standards, as well as the Telecommunications and Utilities,
Chair and Transportation, Vice Chair.
Legislative service includes being a member of the General
Assembly 1996-present, Parliamentarian 2002-present, and
Associate Minority Leader from 1998-2001. In terms of public
and party service, the Assemblyman has been the N.J. Public
Advocate/Public Defender 1990-92; a member of the South
Orange-Maplewood Board of Education 1987-90; Martin Luther
King Jr. Commemorative Commission 1988-90; and the South
Orange Budget Advisory Committee 1986-87.
