in need of adoption.

a home. In this edition of Caucus, parents talk with host
Steve Adubato about their personal experiences with foster
care and adoption.
Joining the panel discussion are Eileen Crummy, Assistant
Director of Adoption Operations at the New Jersey Division
of Youth and Family Services; Dee-Anne & Horace Derrick,
the proud parents of an adopted daughter; Bill Ryan, who
adopted two young brothers - ages 14 and 11; Alice Nadelman,
a licensed psychologist with over 30 years experience in
foster care and adoption; and Mary Sterling, who has fostered
many HIV and AIDS infected children.
